We comply with the applicable requirements of the GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation)
At PJ Production, safety and quality are our top priorities. Therefore, we ensure that all our products meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), the EU regulation for product safety.
As a customer, you can feel confident knowing that our products:
Meet the highest safety standards: We strictly follow the legal requirements that protect consumers from risks.
Are tested and documented: Our processes ensure that the products are safe to use in their intended environments.
Comply with EU legislation.
We follow a quality management program that includes:
Ongoing risk assessments of the products.
Documentation and traceability throughout the product's lifecycle.
Updating safety procedures in line with new regulations and standards.
With our commitment to the GPSR, we ensure that you, as a customer, always receive products that are both safe and legally approved.
We are sorry that you have experienced an issue with one of our products. In order for us to quickly assess the issue and assist you further, please create an RMA/claim case.
All our products are made from a limited number of materials, making them easy to disassemble. This means that defective parts can be replaced individually, and when the product has reached the end of its lifespan, all components can be sorted and recycled separately.
Maintenance is simple, requiring only cleaning with a damp cloth or vacuuming, along with general care and consideration for the product.
All our metal is surface-treated with powder coating. This surface treatment protects against wear and corrosion.
Cleaning should be done with a damp, wrung-out cloth and a neutral cleaning solution. It can be dried with a clean cloth afterward to remove any residue of the cleaning solution.
The felt is made from up to 70% recycled plastic. It has several unique properties, such as being flexible while also impact-resistant. Its visual appearance, which resembles the texture of a rug, creates a homely feel in the office and also enhances the acoustics of the room.
Felt will attract dust and dirt over time. You can regularly vacuum the product using a soft brush attachment to remove loose dirt.
Stain Removal: If your felt material gets a stain, you can try steaming it with a steamer or remove it with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap or cleaning solution designed for delicate fabrics. Always test the stain remover on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not damage the felt.
Air Drying: If the product gets wet, allow it to air dry thoroughly. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or heat sources, as this may cause the felt to shrink or become deformed.
