INSIGHT DISCOVERY

Earlier this year, PJ Production invested in an Insights Discovery profile on behalf of all the employees at the organisation. By recognizing and adapting to different behavioral styles, strained team dynamics can transform into respectful and productive working relationships, allowing our employees to perform at their highest level. Each personality is represented by a color: red, blue, green, and yellow. All colours have equal value and every personality consists of a degree of all four colors indicating the individual dominant or preferred style of thinking, decision making, interacting, working, and communicating. 

The best thing about these four colors is that there is not one color better than the other and the best teams even have all of the colors represented. Knowing what your preferred way of working is, and the preferred way of your colleagues, can help improving the working in the organisation. More interestingly, most people are not 100% one color, however, most people do have one dominant preferred color. PJ Production would like to take advantages of the Insights Discovery profiles by solving the business challenges starting with our most important assets, - our employees. We truly believes that the insights discovery profiles will help improving team productivity, increasing personal effectiveness, boosting sales performance, and introducing a common language.
